Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured we put our best effort to get you your order as quickly as possible. For ready-to-ship items, we ship them within 2-3 days from the purchase date. For pre-order products, please check each delivery timeline on the product page. THAILAND: Free shipping in Thailand with Kerry/EMS/Flash/J&T Express.

Estimated time of delivery:

• Bangkok and greater Bangkok: 1-5 business days

• Upcountry: 2-6 business days

Same day delivery with Grab or other services available at your own cost. Please contact us for more details.

OTHER COUNTRIES: The cost and delivery timelines will vary in each country. Due to the global reduction of flights from the COVID-19 situation, delivery delays from the estimated time below are expected. 

• Thailand Post Registered Mail/ E-Packet Service: 7-10 business days (delay up to 2-4 weeks)
• Thailand Post EMS: 3-5 business days, shipping fee varies from 750-2500THB or 16-80USD (delay up to 1-2 weeks)
• Expedited Shipping with DHL/FedEx: 2-5 business days, shipping fee varies from 1000-2500THB or 32-80USD

When orders dispatched internationally reach the destination country, they may be subjected to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

Order shipped outside of Thailand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by the destination country. The buyer or recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance, import taxes, or fees must be fulfilled by the recipient. Rosa Supra has no control over these charges, nor can Rosa Supra predict what they may be.
