Refund policy

Can I return the product that I have purchased from Rosa Supra?

You can return the purchased goods within 15 days of delivery receipt. The item must be in original unused condition with tags and labels attached and accompanied by the original receipt (if any). We do not accept returned custom item unless they are faulty (such as wrong order or defect) nor item that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded. Please contact hello@rosasupra.com for more information. 


How can I return the product?

1) Please send an email to hello@rosasupra.com stating your issue including your order ID.

2) Repack the item neatly place a label on the package including your order ID to either of these addresses:

  • 15 Conway Street Flat 2, London W1T6BL
  • 1595/434 Sukhumvit Road, Prakanong Neua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110

3) The returns will be made at your own cost.

 

How and when will I get the refund?

The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Once the item has been received by us and has passed our quality check, we will refund the amount within 7-14 working days (30 - 45 working days for debit card payment). The eventual date when the amount gets credited to your account will depend on your bank’s policy and payment method used. The original shipping fee and insurance (if any) are non-refundable.
